The process house has installed most modern machinery with latest technology where we can process and deliver in time meeting the requirement of knitted garment manufactures and exporters. Production Capacity: Five Tones / Day (5000 Kgs)
The laundered cloth is sent through the latest Modern drier & compacting machine to control shrinkage. All processed fabric is pre-shrunk, so that the garments always retain shape.
Our Embroidery division together have sophisticated machines with 20 & 12 heads to execute interact embroidery work.
According to the requirements of printing, the cloth is processed for various colours, designs, qualities, and other specifications. Fully automated multi-colour printing is done to satisfy all quality requirements.
Our Laboratory is fully equipped for testing the quality of material at different stages of processed fabric to Garment with our latest testing equipments with highly qualified technicians.
The exclusive sampling department has an array of machinery to cater to the sampling needs of buyers round the year. The sampling department technicians an experienced set of skilled personnel. To assist our customers with their marketing a special emphasis is placed on this department. A well designed showroom compliments the sampling department.
